Refund policy

At our store, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, please contact us at amelia@auslms.com with your order details. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send back the item. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will promptly replace the item or issue a full refund.
